I was attending the International Network for Social Network Analysis‘ annual conference this year (the Sunbelt), and had the opportunity to meet with some vendors showing some interesting technology for mining internal communications to demonstrate self-organizing structures and groups. The company’s name is eTelemetry, and they’re based in Maryland.
Here are a couple of images from their poster demonstrating network graphs that are generated by their MetronEBA appliance:
The network intelligence technology is still under development, but it looks like a promising tool for demonstrating internal organization change.
